Adam Wood is a songwriter and producer, best known for his strong lyrical and melodic sense. He was raised in the musically rich area of Muscle Shoals, Alabama and graduated from the University of North Alabama with a with a degree in Commercial Music. After graduating Adam moved to Nashville, Tn to devote his work full time to creating on Music Row. His first big break arrived when platinum selling country artist Lee Brice stumbled across his song “Black Sheep,” a song that Adam co-wrote and produced independently. Brice immediately recognized his talent and signed him as a co-venture to Curb Music Publishing. Adam has since had cuts with household names like Trace Adkins, Lonestar, and Lee Brice. His song “No Peace In Quiet” is the single for Big Machine Recording group Delta Rae and his song “Hey Whiskey” is the current single for Smithfield.
