Robby Busick feels most alive when he’s creating. Growing up in a family full of singers and musicians in Central Arkansas, he knew he was called to worship. After marrying the love of his life in 2011 he moved to Redding California to attend the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). There he began leading worship, and the passion to write songs that minister to God became his main focus. “My favorite part of being at Bethel was leading worship with my heroes, and seeing God move in such powerful ways during worship”
After two years of school, he interned with Bethel Music and was later hired to help run Bethel Music Publishing. He’s since helped establish publishing administration, label operations, manufacturing, distribution, and Creative Publishing for the growing music label. His main passion was gathering all of the songs, finding homes for them, and pulling the gold out of all the writers and artists. He’s uniquely gifted to see where a song can go whether it be for a solo artist, radio, or for the overall Body of Christ. In this capacity, Robby also served Bethel Music by launching an office in Franklin, TN to support the growing creative effort of Bethel Music Publishing. He recently stepped down to pursue the creative gifts God put inside of him. He now consults for churches, writes songs, and most importantly, enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls here in Nashville.
“More than anything, I believe I owe the world an encounter with God.My heart burns to see God's people come alive to all the He is and all that we’re meant to be. I want to be a part of something so much bigger than myself, to usher in God’s Kingdom on this Earth by loving people well."
